Струпешката могила

През 1985 година при изграждането на телевизионния
ретранслатор в местността, се прави път до билото на могилата,
където се очертават основите от крепостта „Виноградец”.

Преданието говори, че има закопани девет товара Злато,
това са седем натоварени катъра пот 140кг, мястото на съкро-
вището е на „1 куршум разтояние изтрелян от езерото на изток.”

Strupec and The Legend of the Strupec Hill

The name of the village "Strupec" date as far back as the Rom Imperia
time, without any changes till now.
The Strupec Hill, can see from any place in and out of the village.
In 1985 year by construction at television re translator at the place,
was made a new road to the ridge on the hill, where could clearly see
the outline base and remains from the Rome Stronghold "
Vinogradec"
(
"Vineyard"-english ).
That's why till newest days the inhabitants from that area cultivated
grapes and produced generally a wine.
The Strupec Hill, where was the the stronghold "Vinogradec",
is pierce from few like a caves channels. These channels
lead to Romans underground tombs. As time goes by, they where robbed
and now the only artefacts in the tombs are massive stone tables, chairs etc.
The Legend speech, that there is hide in the ground a "nine load of Gold",
that's mean a seven loaded-up mules by 140kg. And the place on that
treasure is: " by distance from 1 bullet shot from the lake on eastern".

In according to the memoirs of the most local peoples, the legend comes
from the fact, that the hill was a Central Roman Stronghold in that time,
and from the top the Romans was able to see about 20 surrounding
villages and to control them. The bigger part from the gold and jewelery
that was taken from the inhabitants of the villages, Romans buried
somewhere in the Hill.
